Repair and settings of a gas column Vector

We installed the Vector gas water heater, started lighting it, and the wick goes out. There is a gas supply from the burner to both the wick and the splitter. As long as you keep the regulator on ignition, everything burns, as soon as you start letting go, the wick goes out. The middle metal pin is near the igniter, it is inside and heats up, but when the regulator is released, it goes out. I release the regulator smoothly, not abruptly. 1. Poor contact between thermocouple and solenoid valve - unscrew the nut on the back of the valve, look, clean, screw it back. 2. Faulty thermocouple - ring / measure voltage or replace. 3. EMC malfunction (coil breakage, dirt and grease on the EMC plate) - you will have to remove the valve, disassemble and watch. If you are sure of the normal contact of the thermocouple with a spring contact inside the valve and that the thermocouple is normally washed by the flame of the pilot burner, the column is two days old - make a warranty repair. Further actions require work with a multimeter and replacement of spare parts. Malfunction of the Vektor JSD 20 W gas column. Two days ago I connected this model and for some reason it flashes up only when the temperature is set to the maximum, that is, at 50 degrees and after 10 minutes it goes out. Can you please tell me what could be? Check the inlet pressure, draft in the flue duct.Switching off after 10 minutes is 99% insufficient chimney draft. The top of the column should not be heated above 40-50 degrees. Do not disconnect the draft sensor under any circumstances! If it starts only in the extreme position of the right handle, the inlet pressure is probably less than 1 bar. Check if the flow is regulated at all with the right handle. If the water is normal and there is a mechanical filter at the inlet, then it should work normally for 5 years. For columns with a generator, the presence of at least 100μm filter at the input is mandatory. Otherwise, the generator will fail over time. On the new gas column Vector Lux 20, when the gas supply is set to the minimum level, the gas supply is so strong that the possible water pressure is from strong (when the temperature on the sink mixer is 43 degrees) to very strong (if the tap is fully open, then the temperature on the mixer wash 41 degrees). The water regulator is also set to the minimum level. Switching to summer mode will only decrease 2 degrees. To obtain t 36 degrees, you have to close the valve on the gas pipe by more than 3/4. I want to check the operation of the e / m valve, but there are three wires coming from it - I don’t know which ones to supply power to. It is very easy to check the valve, apply 3 Volts to it, along the wires that it is going through now.It is fastened with two screws, and can be removed for visual observation of the work. Just do not forget to close the gas valve before doing this. Disconnect the connector, and measure whatever you want. By the way, there not only the solenoid valve opens the gas, but is also duplicated mechanically, the stem opens another valve, it is inside the gas block. It can be reached by unscrewing the two screws connecting the gas block to the water block. But there the reason is very, very rare. Start with the solenoid valve.
